TOURNAMENT ENTRY POLICY
Tournament entry forms for all WSNGA designated events must be received by the stated cut-off date on each entry form, and/or prior to the field becoming full. Entries must be filled out completely and legibly, and must include full payment for the event. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Refunds, full or partial, will be made if the player has a legitimate reason to withdraw prior to the event. Amount of refund will be dependent upon date of withdrawal and costs incurred by the tournament committee.
PLAYER ELIGIBILITY POLICY
To be eligible to compete in WSNGA designated events contestants must:
- Reside in the State of Nevada and belong to a club served by the WSNGA. Exceptions will be made for those members who belong to a WSNGA member club but reside out of state, whereas Southern Nevada is their only accessible area for competitive golf (i.e. St George, Utah).
- Must have a current USGA Handicap through Southern Nevada Golf Association.
PLAYER CONDUCT POLICY
A player will be subjected to disqualification from any event if her conduct before, during or after the event is deemed to be unsportsmanlike. A player disqualified for unsportsmanlike conduct will have the incident reviewed by the WSNGA Board of Directors to determine if further action, including suspension, is warranted.
PACE OF PLAY
The pace of play shall be determined by the Tournament Chairperson following the current guidelines of the USGA Pace of Play Policy.
