The WSNGA had their 2010 kickoff meeting in January. Incoming President, Janet Weber presided over the meeting introducing the new incoming board. Our Tournament Chair, Sherry Jackson announced bringing back the "fun day" events in the coming year. Sherry dicussed the format and players will form their own foursome and have the option to "buy in" for prizes. The first event will be March 8, at Dragon Ridge Country Club and is sold out! Also Sherry went over the WSNGA and NSWGA schedule of events for the year.
Our Team Play Coordinators, Clare Dunn and Jeanne Lucas will be heading up our Team Play league with matches begining in February. Current standings will be posted on the web site. The team play party this year will be hosted at Red Rock Country Club.
It was a great "kickoff meeting" to see new faces and to meet the new board and delegates! Our Secretary, Pat Dickens is always most prompt with preparing and delivering the WSNGA minutes of our meetings.
